Unless otherwise specified for particular products, we shall refund you your payment if you decide to cancel your orders within twenty four (24) hours after your order has been confirmed and prior to shipment except for the transaction fees charged which is non-refundable. Once your order has been shipped, refund is not allowed.
If you didn't receive purchased item from courier service provider more than 14 working days from item sent out from us, you can log a missing item email via email@example.com, you must provide the Order number, delivery note in your email. We will investigate the missing incident within 14 working days of missing item email sent by you. We will bear all the cost to re-send the missing item within 7 working days upon date of approving to resend the missing purchased item.
